Has Eddie jones overstayed his players and welcome?

A few points to share for the readership to discuss, or not?

1) It is a well-known fact that nearing the 3 1/2 year mark, (albeit EJ has been for 5 years, since 2016) Head Coaches' voices start to wear thin.

2) 'Some' coaches (I had a few in 21 years) become repetitive, predictable, stereotyped (so players lose respect, a truly bad omen for teamwork)

3) Harsh military-like disciplinarian measures for 'dissent' do not cause a good impression on teammates and friends (quite often a team/squad is a tight circle) hence...

4) When your autocratic modus operandi becomes known by all and sundry you are bound to be 'anticipated', and 'outfoxed'

Perhaps its time to leave the centre stage? And attract new 'actors' for the 2023 RWC theatre...

After all, the big show must go on?
