THE FIRST WAS IN EARLY 90's.THE THEN HEAD OF STATE WE KNEW AS A MUSLIM.HAD THE COURAGE TO APPEAL AGAINST THAT. RESULTING IN CONTINUITY OF RIBA AS PART OF ECONOMY. **THEN CAME THE SECOND JUDGEMENT WHICH WAS "SAME TO SIMILAR" TO THE FIRST. BY !998. THE COUNTRY WASS CONQUERED BY GEN. MUSHARRAF AND THE JUDGEMENT WAS BOOTED AND SENT BACK TO FEDERAL SHARIAT COURT. FOR 25 YEARS THIS CASE WAS IN COURT AND JUDGES HEARD EVERY ONE WHO SPOKE VERBALLY OR WITH PEN. FINAL JUDGEMENT CAME ON 28-4-2022 AGAIN "SAME TO SIMILAR" TO EARLIER TWO.BUT INACTION AS RESPONSE. REST OF THE GOVTS IN MUSLIM WORLD OR PEOPLE THERE HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION. WHAT DO ULEMA;SCHOLARS,INSTITUTIONS :GOVTS MEAN::: PRESENT SYSTEM IS SUPPORTED BY SHARIA. TEXT OF BOOK NEEDS REVISIT.
