Why you should read it: Employee engagement, wellbeing, and psychological safety is at an all time low, and as Gallup notes in this article,

these key employee experiences remain below pre-pandemic levels. In other words, the workplace never returned to normal

At the same time we are going through a massive transformation with the implementation of AI in the workplace, and to effectively implement a transformation of this magnitude you need these core elements to be thriving. Corporate Rebels: What Happens When You A/B Test Hybrid Work? The Results Are Fascinating

Why you should read it: Is anyone else completely over this RTO debate (along with the outdated mandates and promotion punishments)? Ok, even if it is just me, I'm a fan of facts and data above feelings and this new study is eye opening! The stats don't lie, and well hybrid work options are best to support your people and your bottom line. One of the largest travel companies in the world tested it out and the headlines in figures includes a significant increase in job satisfaction as well as reduced quit rates and a slight increase in productivity.

Two figures that really matter here - the quit rate for women drastically reduced (which is huge since women are exiting the workplace faster than you can blink) and the millions in savings by decreasing those turnover rates. Reflection Time

Did you know that creating regular reflection practices can strengthen your performance, reduce stress, nurture your imagination, and also help with wellbeing? Let's collectively take a moment to pause, shall we?

Get comfy where you are, take 7 deep breaths in - hold it - and now take 7 beats to breathe out. Now set your time for 10 minutes for uninterrupted reflection time.

I want you to think about a current situation, goal, or decision in your life. Ask yourself:

If I could see this through the lens of possibility rather than limitation, how might it look different?

Write down your reflections, noticing any shifts in your perspective or energy as you explore this lens of possibility. What becomes possible for you when you allow yourself to see beyond the limits of your current story?
