It's all about the journey!

Recently, I celebrated a tremendous milestone; 17 years of being on LinkedIn!

Reflecting on this journey fills me with gratitude for the opportunities, connections, and lessons this platform has brought into my professional life.

From my early days as a field technician to leading complex projects and operational teams across multiple countries, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to incredible people, driving impactful initiatives, and growing both personally and professionally. Highlights like being named the most active networker in Africa, obtaining multiple top voice badges for CX and Client Services and completing north of 400 LinkedIn Courses stand out as sincere moments of pride.

I’m deeply grateful to the mentors, colleagues, clients, and connections who have inspired, guided, and supported me. Your impact has been invaluable, and I cherish the opportunities I’ve had to work and learn alongside you. I’m humbled to have helped over 3000 people in some way shape or form over the years via LinkedIn and also having received over 15000 endorsements for my listed skills & expertise.

As I look ahead and step into this next chapter, I’m more inspired than ever to elevate my contributions, embrace new challenges, and make an even greater impact in an area I am so very passionate about, elevating CX for businesses. The journey so far has been incredible, and I’m eager to keep learning, growing, and collaborating with all of you.
