  • Olga Loskutova, who served as an Independent Director on our Board of Directors since 2022, has been appointed as GDEV’s Chief Operating Officer.   • GDEV plans to announce Q3'24 financial results on Thursday, November 14, 2024. We plans to host a conference call and webcast to discuss its results at 09:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time, details available via link.

  • October was a volatile month for markets, with equities trending lower after a strong rally over the first nine months of the year. Uncertainty was also heightened by the U.S. elections and Fed meeting. As a result, S&P 500 recorded a 1% drop, while Nasdaq Composite declined 0.5%, and the Russell 2000 Index fell by 1.5%. However, in November all the major indexes are showing strong performance.
  • Amid this backdrop, gaming stocks performed relatively well. The Overall Gaming Index (tracking more than 30 stocks) grew by 1% in October 2024, with a 30% increase year-to-date—despite significant declines in Chinese gaming companies due to internal macroeconomic factors. Notably, diversified gaming companies saw a 7% increase in October.
