It's A Journey and Not A Destination !!!!

As Cliche as It sounds I always tell them to think this about a journey and not a destination.

What Decisions were wrong and what did you learn from them ?

Do you need to learn new skills to progress?

Do you need mentors ?

More Clarity will change the way you behave and then course correction?

Think about long term and then take baby steps to align your goals.
