I've got the Best! Who Knew?

It's true, sometimes you don't know how good you've got it. It's what you know. You take it for granted, it's familiar.

I recently got a phone call from a recruiter from one of the major real estate franchises. He wanted to meet me and tell me about his company. I thought, what have I got to lose, it won't hurt to go see how the other half lives. So I met with him. That's when it became very clear to me that I didn't know how good I already had it.

Later, as I thought back over the interview, it occurred to me that I am not the only one who doesn't know how the other real estate franchises work. Clearly, that meant there are A LOT of people our there, REALTOR®s and others, who have no idea that EXIT Realty Corp. has a unique, visionary, formula.

The company believes that real estate sales consultants are the engine that drives a real estate company and they have developed a formula that honours them. I love that.

I feel accepted for where I am now. I feel supported, through opportunity and training to grow in my own way and at my own pace. I am not shackled by someone else's agenda. I am encouraged by big ideas and positive attitudes to push my frontiers and to reach for my stars and achieve my dreams, on my terms. I don't know how you can beat that ... and then there's the formula.
