I've only bloody done it.

I've only bloody done it.

These digital courses that I've started have been so much more work than I anticipated.

I feel massive pressure to create something that people like. I'm not really sure why I've done it to myself, but that ship has sailed.

It's been 8 weeks of work, but yesterday I completed and uploaded the first of the two courses. I would probably consider it one of the biggest things I've ever achieved (professionally of course).

Now the stress of a heavy workload is replaced by crippling anxiety that everyone will hate it, but I only have to deal with that for a couple more weeks.

I have the second course to record next week and will spend every waking hour up until the 15th July launch testing, tweaking and testing some more.

One slight change of plan I've decided on is that the 15th July launch will be for pre-orders only. Over 400 people ended up pre-ordering the courses before I turned it off a few weeks ago. So shortly I'll start sending out access codes to everyone that's ordered and hold off the full public launch until I have some feedback that I can action.

Thanks again to everyone that's supported me on this project, and everyone that asks about it when we chat. There is absolutely no way I'd have followed through on making them if I didn't have you guys holding me accountable.

I can't wait for them to be done though, because I have loads of ideas for further projects and products for FounderON. One in particular that I'm planning to launch in January, I think will be huge.

It's a service that I'm hoping will make founders' lives happier, easier and cheaper. And it's going to cost £10 a month. So accessible to as many people as possible.

More to come on that in a future newsletter I think. For now I'm going to get back to watching myself talking over and over again. I'm going to be seeing this bloody course in my sleep I think...

Creating courses is hard work so well done for following through and by the sounds of it, lots of people see the value in your expertise to purchase it, which is awesome 👌
