Job Summary:

National Placement Services is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with 1-3 years of experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting customer and account data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data, and maintaining our database systems. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, adherence to company policies, and the ability to perform clerical tasks to support the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inputting customer and account data from source documents.
2. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare data for computer entry.
3. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities.
4. Generating reports and responding to inquiries regarding data and information.
5. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
6. Updating and maintaining database systems with new information as needed.
7. Ensuring data integrity and security- Following data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements.
8. Performing other clerical duties as necessary to support the organization.
9. Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualification:

• 1-3 years of data entry experience.
• Fast typing skills; touch typing preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of office equipment and computer peripherals.
• Basic understanding of databases.
• Good command of English; strong customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
