Job Summary:

Naghavi Financial Services Private Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join their team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automating processes for the deployment and operation of financial systems. This role requires collaboration with software developers, system operators, and other team members to manage code releases and ensure high availability, security, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain automated processes for the deployment and operation of our financial systems
2. Collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other team members to manage code releases
3. Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability
4. Ensure security and compliance standards are met for all software and infrastructure deployments
5. Continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of our software delivery pipeline
6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies related to DevOps
7. Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support of production systems
8. Document processes and procedures for deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting
9. Work with various cloud platforms, like AWS or Azure, to optimize cloud infrastructure for our financial applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 2+ years of experience in DevOps role
• 4-6 years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to improve efficiency and reliability in software delivery pipelines.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage on-call responsibilities.
