Project Development Engineer (WMS3) Multiple Positions

$9,264 – $11,876 Monthly

Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking multiple Project Development Engineers to co-manage the Olympic Region design functions to accomplish the design of projects listed in the region project development schedule, normally compromising one-fourth of the statewide program. Reporting directly to the Assistant Region Administrator (ARA) for Multimodal Development and Delivery (M2D2), these roles provide leadership and senior-level direction, support, management, and engineering oversight of the Region’s project development and construction activities, primarily focused on project management. They ensure the Region’s capital program is delivered in conformance with applicable policies and department expectations for customer service, transparency, and accountability, and perform work requiring discretion and independent judgment. They are accountable for final results related to scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and stewardship.
