Johannesburg Water celebrates employee development

Johannesburg Water recently held a momentous occasion, as employees received certificates from various skills development programmes on 12 June 2024. The certification ceremony was held at the Johannesburg Theatre and is a significant milestone in the Company’s commitment to employee growth and development.

The skills development programs are tailored to enhance both technical and soft skills as a testament to Johannesburg Water’s dedication to continuous learning and improvement. These programs cover a broad spectrum of areas including advanced technical training, leadership development, and customer service excellence.

Managing Director, Ntshavheni Mukwevho during his address emphasised the importance of investing in the workforce: “Our employees are our greatest asset.
