Join us to celebrate these members #TeamPurple!

For 10 years, MRM’s Global Honors program has put the spotlight on employees that best exemplify our core values that come to life through our seven ITWBs (Important Things We Believe):

  1. Ideas power everything.
  2. We’re better together.
  3. We’ll figure it out.
  4. Complexity can be managed.
  5. It only counts if we deliver.
  6. Technology is magic.
  7. Celebrating individuality.

This year, nine MRMers were nominated and selected as winners across global categories for Innovation, Culture, Inclusion, Growth, and a special Rising Star Award. In addition, the Better Together category awarded one winner for each region.

Learn more below about the standouts who won, how their actions showcase the best of our values, just how impactful our collective superpower can be.

Innovation Award: Christian Endecott, Creative Director, MRM Germany

During his 10 years at MRM, Chris has built a reputation across the network for his innovative ideas and approaches that harness the joint powers of creativity and technology. As a testament to our belief that “Ideas Power Everything,” his award-winning solutions and product innovations have earned 70-plus industry awards during his time at MRM.

Growth Award: Elizabeth Dauer, VP, Group Account Director, @MRM Detroit

True to our belief that “Complexity Can Be Managed,” Elizabeth has driven significant impact and growth for MRM Detroit. By challenging the status quo and tapping into skillsets across disciplines, she’s organically expanded client relationships to include new projects for digital experiences, website building, and CRM – while also diving right into new collaborations with partners like RafterOne to build scalable solutions.

Inclusion Award: Tricia Munro, Art Director, MRM Salt Lake City

Tricia has tapped into creativity and our belief in Conscious Inclusion in her daily work with clients. Embodying our belief to “Celebrate Individuality,” she spearheaded new collaborations with #AutisticOutLoud, which aims to provide authentic representation with visual content that showcases the resiliency and diversity of the autistic community.

Culture Award: Laura Gallego, Head of Marketing

Automation, MRM Spain

Laura’s work to build best-in-class marketing cloud solutions with clients and partners is proof of our belief that “Technology Is Magic.” Her understanding of our beliefs that “It Only Counts If We Deliver” and our belief that “We’ll Figure It Out” can be seen through her actions to go the extra mile this past year. She’s jumped in to travel across the desert to help MRM MENAT colleagues win new business relationships, and even temporarily relocated to help MRM colleagues in Singapore set up a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Operation for a top global client.

Rising Star: Krish Pascua, Digital Project Manager, MRM Manila

Krish’s commitment to excellence has boosted performance for her entire team. Her talents for collaboration and proactive problem-solving serve as consistent reminders for our valued beliefs that “It Only Counts If We Deliver” and “Complexity Can Be Managed.” But what truly sets Krish apart as a rising star is her ability to collectively tap into each of these values and translate them into effective leadership across the OLA team she works with.

APAC Better Together Award: Aysa Dugang, Senior Data and Insight Analyst, MRM Manila

Coupled with her selfless leadership, Aysa’s unwavering commitment to a “We’ll Figure It Out” attitude has made her a go-to for clients as a trusted partner in even the most challenging situations. Internally, Aysa leads and fosters collaboration, and remains committed to mentoring and uplifting junior talent as well, making sure inclusivity - across all talent levels and skillsets – is a part of MRM Manila’s efforts to work “Better Together.

EMEA Better Together Award: Ioana Zamfir, Executive Creative Director, MRM Bucharest

Dance queen, perfect, super ambitious, mentor, brave, and great taste in shoes have all been used to describe Ioana. In the video testimonials from MRM Romania team members below, it’s clear that Ioana’s influence and diverse skills are far-reaching... and they translate to her impact as a leader. No two experiences with Ioana are like. Her ability to make unique connection points across personalities, ideas, and disciplines can be seen through the culture of collaboration she’s fostered as a creative leader.

North America Better Together Award: Ledia Gjoka, Senior Project Manager, MRM New York

Ledia’s strong ability to unify others and build positive collaboration environments have led to her high success rate as a Project Manager for clients – a role that revolves around our belief that “It Only Counts If We Deliver.” Equally as important, many of Ledia’s positive attributes live on outside of her individual impact. Those who work with her infectiously pick up her integrity, commitment to delivering excellence with every project, and her focus on inclusion.
