We all know that joints are the parts of our body where our bones meet…joints allow the bones of our skeleton to move, this includes:

  • shoulders
  • hips

Why Do I Have Joint Pain?

These important components, when healthy, are what allows joints to move without friction, catching, stiffness and pain.
