Joy needs fodder - each day

Joy needs fodder - each day

Micro module of initiating curiosity to check if the topic can pique one's interest to delve deeper.

One such event, designed to be a series, was initiated on 11-April-2022 CoreFlex Solutions Inc. We call it Tea with Techie. The idea is that anyone can select a topic of their interest and initiate a dialogue which can grow into a full topic of learning for a group of people!

We started with one of the most interesting enterprise processes - Order to Cash!

Learning is not slave to any specific process or design principle - it emanates from creating a culture of curiosity!

The childlike ability in us - as an organism and an organization - is what drives learning and seeking to redefine our own boundaries!

We all try to bring learning within the reach of every single person in the team, but only a few turn up. It is grunt work to learn. To be consistent.

It needs practice.

It demands patience & perseverance.

It calls for grit and determination in equal measure.

Lastly, it looks for discipline.

We have made a beginning! And we will strive hard to push each-other. Success relies a lot on boring grunt work :)!
