Rosslare Europort: Drone Technology
We are leveraging drone technology to gain multiple advantages on the Rosslare Europort project on behalf of the Office of Public Works. The utilisation of aerial surveys enables comprehensive project monitoring and allows for precise progress tracking and comparison. Additionally, the rapid mapping capabilities expedite site topography capture, supporting the surveyors and engineers to efficiently process area / volumetric calculations. Finally, the streamlined communication and collaboration facilitated by drones bolster decision-making processes within teams that support pre-emptive measures to improve site safety and planning.
Ultimately, the integration of drone technology empowers us with improved project oversight, accelerated workflows, enhanced safety standards, and reinforced collaboration, resulting in better project outcomes and increased client satisfaction.
Castleforbes Residential Development - Project Update
We have successfully installed our sixth tower crane at our Castleforbes site. Works are progressing at pace on this significant residential project, encompassing the design, construction, and fitout of 702 apartment units across six blocks. We're nearing the completion of basement works, and the installation of precast concrete elements has commenced on two of the six blocks.
Supply Chain Seminar
We had a fantastic turnout at our annual supply chain seminar at the Leopardstown Racecourse.
This year’s theme was working together, and we heard from Liam Kenny on our current and prospective projects, Mike McLoughlin on Health, Safety & Sustainability, Claire Cox on quality and Paraic Keogh and Simon Jordaan on our supply chain management.

National Workplace Wellbeing Day
As part of National Workplace Wellbeing Day we welcomed Sinéad Bradbury, who gave us a super health & wellbeing talk this morning which concentrated on “Habits with Impact – Rest / Sleep, Nutrition and Movement”.
Considerate Constructors Awards
Three of our residential projects, Sandyford Central, The Grange, and The Cornerstone received awards at the Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards in Manchester.
Each project achieved a score of 15/15 across the key Considerate Constructor categories of 'Respect for the Community', 'Care of the Environment', and 'Value for the Workforce'. This recognises these projects as top performers in the scheme in Ireland and the UK and is great recognition for how our teams deliver projects in the community.
Congratulations to our project teams and supply chain partners on these achievements.
