Junior Java Developer – Antwerp (Belgium) – Freelance (12+ Months)

For a client located in Kontich, Antwerp, I am searching for 2 freelance Junior Java Developers for long-term missions.

This is a hybrid role offering 3 days working from home per week.

Job Description

·        You will join a team that focuses on mainframe migrations and modernizations for customers worldwide.

·        You will work on cross-platform migrations of large mission-critical software applications.

·        Execute in depth analysis of issues detected in the transformed Java application.

·        You will cooperate within a team of 2 – 3 experienced developers.

·        You will work in a positive atmosphere in an international company with a growing partner ecosystem.

Competences & skills

• Good knowledge of Java 8+, Spring frameworks.
• You have a passion for programming.
• You are able to work in a team with colleagues with different expertise.
• Fluent in English. Dutch is desired but not essential.
