Step 1: Surfacing Cleaning

Note: Before the construction of curing agent floor, 50#, 100#, 300# resin grinding plates should be used for clean water grinding.

At the same time, use dry and wet vacuum cleaner to clean the mud produced.

After vacuuming, clean the ground thoroughly with clean water again to ensure that there is no floating slurry, oil, paint film and other impurities on the surface.

After cleaning, make sure that the concrete floor is porous and permeable (the floor is air-dried), and feel smooth and keep clean.

Step 2: Sealing and penetrating Agent Construction

Note: Spray the sealing curing agent evenly on the ground with professional sprayer and keep the ground wet for half an hour.

Low speed washing machine can be used to brush back and forth during the period to help the ground absorption.


About 1-2 hours later (before the material drying and shining) spray the second time concrete seal curing agent, drag and wipe the ground, so that the material fully penetrates into the ground.

Step 3: Wet ground

Description: After the above construction for 24 hours, wet clean the ground. Purpose: The permeable ability of water will bring the material into deeper layer and clean the material on the piled surface.The floor can be cleaned using a floor washer and a cleaning mat.

Step 4: Floor polishing Treatment

Description: according to the ventilation condition, temperature and surface drying condition of the construction site.


The polishing process can be carried out after about 48 hours at 5-10 degrees.


The polishing process can be carried out after about 24 hours at a temperature of 20-25 degrees.




After spraying the sealing curing agent, a special grinding machine with 500# resin grinding dish was used for comprehensive grinding and polishing for 2 to 3 times, and the ground was initially polished.

Then spray sealing curing agent again and change 800# to 1000# resin grinding dish for second grinding and polishing for 2-3 times.Apply a moderate polish to the floor until it has a good gloss and a smooth surface.

According to the ground effect, the sealing curing agent can be sprayed again and the ground can be highly polished with 1500#-2000# resin grinding dish.Until the whole floor has a marble sheen, and the surface is smooth and shiny.

If the construction needs, the ground can be sprayed with brightening agent and polished by high-speed polishing machine. The gloss of the ground will be about 80 degrees after completion.At this point, the seal osmotic curing agent has been completed.

Additional Notes:

1. The construction process steps can be adjusted or repeated according to the final effect of different conditions and requirements of the base surface.

2. The curing agent itself does not change the smoothness and flatness of the base surface, but the strength, hardness and wear resistance of the ground surface will be significantly improved.

3. The cement polished and wear-resistant ground will have a better glossiness immediately after polishing the construction curing agent floor. The longer the time, the better the sensory effect.

4. The mirror effect is the best standard floor, and the original base surface should be a high-standard floor (such as laser paving super flat floor), with a large amount of consumables and fine polishing procedures.

5. Lithium based materials, with the addition of new additives, form a unique directional dispersion of small molecules, achieving a new level of pervasive technology.

6. Use with wear-resistant floor material to achieve the best effect.In physical properties, the compressive resistance of the floor surface can be improved exponentially.Moreover, through the aggregate type and color of wear-resistant floor material, solidification and polishing are carried out, so that the construction partner is more exquisite.

As shown above, the curing agent floor construction process is complicated and time-consuming, so it is particularly important to select the project construction unit and construction team. Choosing the right company will play a key role in both the time limit control and the final floor effect.
