Just Simple Changes, That’s All We Are Experiencing Right Now……..Which Is Only For The Best Of Us And Your Greatest Future Ahead!

Dear everyone,

I hope everyone is doing well and taking care of themselves during these unprecedented times of the market and inflation playing along with each other. I am very sorry to hear about those that have lost their positions, loved ones, and anything that meant something to me; during these past several months.

But I have also come out to say that everything around me is moving like a train in motion with mess all around it, whether that be at halt or not recently. Since things on the consulting side aren’t as pretty than what they seem right now. Because of the service model that we run on, company are mostly trying to cut back on costs and are waiting to see how the market should be looking in the coming Summer ahead.

But I am not going to be taking the time to talk about today’s market, layoffs, my depressing story, or any of that spiel for this month’s topic.

Instead, we are going to be discussing about the simple changes that we are having to adapt in today’s ecosystem with changes like this occurring once in a while. One of the reasons that I think this season occurred, from my interpretation is because of the over-hiring that happened after COVID. Because we experienced a massive amount of layoffs in 2020, as well. But that number went drastically up in 2021 and 2022.

Even thought the market is bad, but not so bad; that you’re not able to find anything. Its stills hits the pause button on potential summer or winter trips, networking with colleagues/family/friends after work hours, any side hobby we have in the works, fitness goals, or whatever it may intend to be for you. Because flexibility comes into place for this picture, very well, indeed.

So what do you do for adapting to these simple changes that you experience went the goodbye wave has been officialized by the company? You do what nobody would expect you to do. Which is think of the industries you would be more interested in working for, career shift you would like to make, or see the game plan of vision your looking to make for yourself both personally and professionally, and many more reflecting thoughts to think about; in terms of your interest. It’s still not late to get a process for yourself started; it's only the end of the first quarter. This option would depend on everyone’s lifestyle for sure if you have other responsibilities to take care of at the moment. Then it becomes harder to take such a risk because it’s not just you that you have to think about, but everyone else that’s going to get affected by it, from a more holistic point of view.

So take your time, don’t rush on it. Because while you’re on the bench for searching on what to do next with your career, you have the additional time for manifesting what you would be most interested in doing and taking care of your mind, spirit, and body, spending time with family and other activities that other folks don’t have the leisure of doing.

Every side has its pros and con’s it just depends on what perspective you see it from as of now.

The universe knows all of what we want and learned this quite well during my long time being on the bench for my recent company. Which is the power of seeing a vision that suits you best not from the eyes of greed but maturity on what problems make you interested enough to go out and get them for the universes to say “I think he is ready to give full happiness to his soul of achieving his what-if dreams that he has been carrying around in the pipeline for sometime now.”

So, when it comes to what I am doing, as of now. Just same old same old, except a twist coming around the corner sometime soon!

With everyone already having so much to do on their plate both personally and professionally, today’s article is going to be a sweet article to read, in your spare time of working or doing any other chore; while also being educated about what to or needed in doing, during uncertain times like this starting at the beginning of a new year like 2023. When we have already had quite enough with what we have all been experiencing since the emergence of the new normal in 2020 itself.

Have a great rest of your week ahead, and keep aspiring for the good even when we only see sourness around a world full of the expected unexpected grayness in life. Generally speaking, it’s what makes the drama around us even special to not know what our current ends up doing in setting up the what will happen tomorrow versus the day after of changes simply happening for the sake of a better you, us, and what we have yet to expect before our expiry dates come dawning upon us.
