Kaizen, during the 21-Day Lockdown


# My dear friends,

Namaste. The lockdown need not be a breakdown and can be a breakthrough. Please do take care of yourself and all of yours and stay safe. Please also utilise the time well to introspect, reflect and improve the emotional, mental, spiritual, moral and physical health.

It is a good time to, identity develop and continuously improve an effective habit that will take you to the next level. Research shows that it takes 21 days for a habit to kick in, around 49 days for it to start getting ingrained and 90 days for it to become second nature. Ask yourselves a simple question "what is the one thing that if developed will make a huge difference in your life holistically? And then figure what you need to start, stop and continue doing! That's it and I assure you it will make all the difference. For example I am working on my quantity and quality of sleep, since furious travel has deteriorated my sleep habit. 

 It is also a good time to learn something new.For example, I have joined an Online Masters program in Nutrition Science and devote 3 to 5 hours everyday. 

And finally do remember, while we are in #lockdown, most of us are still self sufficient. But there are many people who are in the worst state today. So do try and reach out to at least where ever possible (you can start with your own house help). 

So take care. Stay safe. Stay well. And keep the hope intact always.
