Keep It Simple

Keep It Simple

It's easy to get distracted. Even by something that's still a priority.

But the more you spread yourself thin, the less depth you can achieve in any given field, project, etc.

I need to reign my focus back in.

The plan is simple:

  1. Guest on Top Podcasts
  2. Drive people to free guide
  3. Collect email, provide experience
  4. Sell courses, programs & referrals
  5. Create advocates & affiliates

The experience is everything, I keep asking myself how do I change people's lives? Everyone needs to win. How can I create a win-win-win? That's the golden question...

Step 1 is in planning, not started. Although I have a call on Thursday to kick things off.

Step 2 works but I'd like to give it an update. Again, I'm thinking of the experience. But at the very least, it needs to be rebranded as Social Awkward: How To Start Conversations That Don't Suck. I started the new landing page and email workflow content today.

Step 3 email logistics are all set up but I do need to dust off my list. So back to the experience : )

Step 4 the course is on track, currently promoting my next program, and the referral program will officially be announced shortly (shh)

Step 5 I honestly can't wait to roll out my affiliate program, it's gonna be SO much fun!! And this part is everything. So when I say it all comes down to the experience...

I just need to keep reminding myself over and over.

This is the plan. Focus on the things that directly impact the plan. Small wins equal big wins if you add them to the right pile.

Ask yourself, does this directly contribute to one of these 5 objectives?
