Chef’s Roll has teamed up with Patagonia Mussel to host “In the Kitchen”, a day of camaraderie amongst chefs and industry professionals on Monday 11am-3pm, December 4th 2017. Generously hosted by The Venetian/Palazzo and Chef Olivier Dubreuil at the high rollers only, Paiza Club on the 36th floor of The Palazzo in Las Vegas.
Featuring a variety of mussel dishes from chefs Mathew Voskuil, Chef de Cuisine of the Venetian/Palazzo, Jean David Groff-Daudet, Chef de Cuisine of the Venetian/Palazzo, Gary LaMorte, VP of Michael Mina Group, Shaun King, Executive Chef of Momofuku Las Vegas, and Rafael Salines-Catala, Executive Chef at Julian Serrano Tapas; paired with great Chilean wines.
