Knightec Group - What a journey!

Semcon and Knightec, two fantastic companies, built by fantastic coworkers, with similar strong cultures and market positions, are becoming one company, one team, one group – Knightec Group.

Since the merger was announced two weeks ago, I have been overwhelmed by comments from clients and coworkers sharing their positive thoughts and reactions to the merger. And, of course, I’ve received many relevant and vital questions, which reflects the genuine engagement and ambition of those impacted by this great leap forward.

This merger puts us all in a position where we can fulfill our ambitions to drive change on a completely different level than before. We are now 2,400 people with operations around the world!

But - this whole thing is much larger than the increased number of people. The real increase in strength is a multiplication rather than an addition of numbers. With deep understanding from many industries and competence areas, we combine our perspectives. Complementing competencies, focused through the same ambition to support and challenge our customers is what makes Knighetc Group unique. And it is needed. We have an important job to do.

Our clients navigate many and complex challenges moving forward. Global competition is growing. Client demands are increasing. Sustainability must be integrated into products and operations. Giant technical leaps are constants. Global and economic uncertainties constantly adding uncertainties. Our role is to be their supporting partner, advisor where appropriate, innovator and supplier. It is indeed challenging. As Knightec Group – our ability to be the partner our customers need has never been stronger. It’s with full confidence we move forward into our next chapter.
