Know Your Value

Know Your Value

Let me tell you something powerful—something that will shift the way you see yourself and the world around you: Know your worth. Never let anyone—whether it’s a narcissist, a doubter, or even your own inner critic—bring you down or make you question your value. Because you are not just worthy. You are everything.

Every dream you’ve dared to chase, every position you’ve aspired to, every goal you’ve set—you are worthy of all of it. Never doubt that for a second. You deserve the success, the recognition, and the blessings the universe has in store for you. But here’s the catch: before anyone else believes in you, you must believe in yourself.

Why We Struggle to See Our Worth

Most of us walk through life carrying an invisible weight: self-doubt. We downplay our accomplishments, hesitate to take credit, and often settle for less than we deserve. Why? Because deep down, many of us have never been taught to understand our own value. We’ve been conditioned to seek validation outside of ourselves—from bosses, partners, friends, or society at large.

But let me make this clear: you are the validation. You are the table. You’re not just bringing something to the table in your career, your relationships, or your life—you are the foundation on which greatness is built. The skills you offer, the love you give, the strength you exude—it all stems from the truth of who you are.

Stop Settling for Less

Know your worth in every setting:

  • In business: Don’t accept less pay, less respect, or fewer opportunities than you deserve. You’ve worked for it, you’ve earned it, and you are qualified.
  • In relationships: Never let someone treat you as if you’re replaceable. You are irreplaceable. Anyone who doesn’t see that doesn’t deserve a seat at your table.
  • In friendships: Surround yourself with people who celebrate you, not those who only tolerate you.
  • In life: Never settle for mediocrity when you’re capable of magnificence.

The universe has unlimited blessings, but it only gives you what you’re willing to accept. If you settle for less, you’ll get less. If you demand more, you’ll get more.

How to Own Your Worth

  1. Believe in Yourself: Confidence is not arrogance; it’s alignment with your truth. Speak to yourself with kindness and authority.
  2. Set Boundaries: Know when to walk away from people, opportunities, or situations that don’t serve your highest good.
  3. Stop Comparing: You’re not in competition with anyone but the version of you from yesterday.
  4. Celebrate Your Wins: Big or small, recognize your achievements and give yourself the credit you deserve.
  5. Be the Table: Don’t just bring value—be the source of it. Stand firm in the knowledge that everything you need, you already have.

You Are the Power

The most transformative moment in life is when you stop waiting for someone else to see your greatness and start owning it for yourself. You don’t need anyone’s approval to chase your dreams. You don’t need anyone’s permission to shine. You are already enough. You are the table.

So, baby, don’t let a narcissist, a critic, or even your own self-doubt steal your joy or diminish your light. Know your worth, and never settle for less than what you’re destined to receive. You hold the power to shape your life, achieve your dreams, and become anything you want to be.

And don’t you ever forget it.
