Sometimes, the logistics of loading and 𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. Forklifts often need to approach the truck from both the rear and front, which can 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 as 𝗯𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁 coming.

With KOOI® 𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀, trucks can be loaded and unloaded 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲, significantly improving 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆. Additionally, this technology allows for at least 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗱 or unloaded per hour.

Reachforks can be 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 to a forklift with a residual carrying capacity that matches the weight of the extended load. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳.

𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗢𝗢𝗜® 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿.

𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆. Sometimes, items are stacked on pallets that 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 or are placed on 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲-𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘀 that can't be used in the warehouse racks due to 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱-𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

In these cases, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 from one pallet to another. While this 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, it's 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲-𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 are often an issue, and it’s not ideal due to 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 and the 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

An ideal solution in these situations is a 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 that can slide goods from one pallet to another. The units can be operated via remote control or push buttons, depending on the site conditions. The Euro pallet, also known as the EPAL pallet, is one of the most widely sold pallet types, measuring 800×1200 mm. Despite being a 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁, its dimensions present 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀. The main issue is that 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 that handle these EUR/EPAL pallets are 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀, longer than the pallet's shortest side, which is 800 mm. When the pallet is handled from the long side, the fixed forks often extend beyond the back of the pallet, potentially 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲.

𝗞𝗢𝗢𝗜® 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁 forks that can 𝗮𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟴𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗺, ensuring the pallet is adequately supported along the long side without the forks protruding when retracted. In all cases, the 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 “𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁” 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁.

There is a common misconception that ReachForks are expensive, but is that really the case? Have you ever considered the costs associated with damage caused by using incorrect forks on your forklift?

Cons using a standard forklift.

𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽... 𝗜 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗺 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀.

Anyone who uses Euro pallets (EPAL) is likely familiar with the situation depicted in the image. 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗸, or Euro pallets that come sideways along an assembly line—there are many instances where a 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀.

𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀? Many warehouse managers say no, because their drivers 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿.𝗪𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲: 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲? Forklift operators are trained to 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 so that the forks can be 𝘁𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 of the load. Moreover, placing the problem of overly long forklift forks entirely on your forklift driver is not ideal, especially when there is an 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 available that quickly pays for itself: 𝗞𝗢𝗢𝗜® 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀.

These are hydraulic forklift forks that have been produced since 1980, with at least 100,000 sets manufactured, and can be easily operated from the driver’s cabin. We also have 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘀, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟴𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗺.

This is entirely true, but if 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘂𝘀, you can prevent pallet damage. 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 make it easier to 𝗵𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁, 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 to the pallet blocks. Such damage means the pallet needs replacing, leading to 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 and delays you want to avoid.

With 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗸s, you can achieve a 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘂𝘀, making it e𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 and preventing damage. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼-𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘀, for example, this solution can make a significant efficiency difference.
