We're back in the lab
and talking about managing fatigue!
While it is important to improve
and progress week to week
it is equally important
to understand where your fatigue
levels are as well.
Your body will accumulate fatigue
not just from workouts, but
from life stresses
and poor management and
this can lead to disastrous results.
So as I mention in this video
it's a good rule of thumb to
check in with yourself each day
and adjust if necessary to
meet your own needs in the moment.
It can make the difference between
an early burnout and a successful
week of workouts!
