Lalive/UNITAR – e-learning course on BITs and arbitration

The firm Lalive runs an e-learning course in co-ordination with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) on BITs and arbitration every couple of years, and the next one is coming up soon (14 March – 15 April 2016).  Further information (including how to register) can be found on the UNITAR website here.  I thought I’d bring this matter to your attention in case you are aware of some colleagues (government or third sector lawyers, private practitioners interested in the field, students…) who may also be interested in learning about this fast developing area of international law, but who do not have the time to travel for a course.  The UNITAR e-learning courses are designed so that they can be undertaken by busy professionals alongside their work.

Thanks you very much for this sharing! I planned to diversify my skills on Arbitration and State's contract, beyond the "single" field of Human rights defence....what an excellent opportunity !
