Landlords Sick and Tired of Damages Done by Tenants

Calling all Landlords, Landowners and Real Estate Owners

I'm sick and tired as I'm sure you are,  of the damages that are done to our buildings by tenants and we are told that we can't charge a damage deposit.  This law has to be changed and we need to work together.

This FB page will house all of the photos of damages that are done  to your properties in Ontario.

Please start to post them. We need a central spot for our photos. Here is the FB page where you are welcome to report and post damages done to your buildings.
