At Biosynth our range of facilities to manufacture, fill and store high quality chemical products up to 10 Metric Tonnes are guaranteed to support your projects needs, whether you are starting at large-scale or moving on from our custom synthesis and smaller scale production.

Manufacturing in China

Our multi-purpose modern plant in Jinan, China is part of the CarboTang Biotech Joint Venture between Biosynth Group and Shengquan Group - find out more here.

This large-scale manufacturing plant is multi-purpose with vessels from 250L to 3000L. It has a flexible layout with a pilot plant, clean finishing area and separate chemical synthesis and pharma halls. These are built and equipped to produce high quality products with excellent processes and robust analytical assessment, allowing us a reproducible and reliable supply of our customers’ large-scale products, along with our own in-house products. 

The plant is constructed to meet EU regulations, including Directive 2011/62/EU, US FDA, CFDA and is compliant with ISO9001:2015 quality standards.

Manufacturing in Europe

For our larger scale production at ISO 9001:2015, we have two manufacturing sites in Europe, which are based in Staad, Switzerland and Bratislava, Slovakia. Our state-of-the-art facilities feature a flexible range of reactors sizes from 60 L up to 3000 L and are equipped with cutting-edge instrumentation and highly qualified scientists to support our production and QC processes. Our flexible warehousing capabilities mean we can rapidly pack, store and ship large qualities of high-quality products.

In Switzerland, we also have a co-located GMP pilot plant for medium size production (1 – 10 kg batch size) as well as research laboratories for route scouting and development. This is in addition to our excellent facilities in the UK for process development and custom synthesis.
