Dr. Klaus Kleinfeld was a QLA star from the start in 1997/8. But to head the largest deal in the history of the planet- $500bn, as NEOM CEO, is beyond all that is quantifiable!

QLA Mentees/Devotees:

In recent days/weeks I have posted results from a few of you QLA kids and what you have been doing! Many of the naysayers discount results of the likes of Josh, the teen millionaire phenome for various reasons! Having recently met Josh’s parents, I better understand why he was able to stay so focused, committed and follow the strict QLA model, at such a young age! Others of you discount the kid who recently did two deals in two weeks, in his 8th month after leaving the QLA Castle Seminar, for various other reasons! Again this is not unusual! You, at least at a subconscious level, require a reason to justify where you are now in your lives!

I am positive there are those of you that even discount Rick Scott (current governor of Florida), who built the largest healthcare company on the planet – Columbia Health Care, because it was the 80’s & 90’s, which was the same time frame, I built Great Western! God only knows, how you come up with your rationale – lol! And for those that didn’t follow the exact QLA roll up model (but did follow the “QLA be all you can be mentality”), it is even easier to discount their successes – like Mikey the pizza boy and others - because he is not rolling up companies, etc.! But, there have been many successes that didn’t roll up companies! And there are those that even did it in a corporate structure, as did Klaus Kleinfeld! Plus there are a large number that built fortunes on the net, through ecommerce! But I suspect (really know) your doubts are a coping mechanism, to justify your current existence!

I recently wrote, are all these by accident: Governor Rick Scott; DR Klaus Kleinfeld; Josh; Mikey; Dan Lok; and many others! Remember – absence of evidence is not, evidence of absence! Just because for most of you – I am the only true high performance person you have had direct, or even indirect contact with – doesn’t mean, many others do not exist, as byproducts of the QLA model!

Arguably before last week, DR Kleinfeld was QLA’s favorite son, even before his mega deal! But now there can be no question! QLA is a way of life, always being the best you can be, each and every day – and never ever giving up! Klaus Kleinfeld, is such a person and has been since 1997/1998, when I started mentoring him! He has had his corporate ups and downs (leaving Siemens & Arconic), but he kept swinging at the plate, because he knew and understood – you can’t hit a home run, if you are not always swinging! And with that ultimate persistence and focus, he just hit it out of the park (ostensibly off the planet) with arguably the biggest deal ever – a $500 billion, super new city NEOM, in Saudi Arabia, where he will be founding CEO! This transaction will be, almost twice as large than the next biggest deal ever!

We will never know all the details, unless they decide to take it public, but I can guarantee, The Kingdom and the World, will do very well under Klaus’s leadership! Klaus will be making a lifetime statement for excellence, even more than he already has accomplished, after 20 years of a QLA mind set, in the corporate world! Plus he will give countless generations, a better place to work and live! Yes, QLA in the corporate culture works, as he has shown for more than 20 years, where it has been said, it is virtually impossible to do! And this deal, as a startup from ground zero, is away from the corporate model, back 2 QLA - a blank piece of paper – albeit with $500 billion to build the best future city ever on the planet! More or less, a blind pool – which I said didn’t exist anymore – lol! And at the same time, bring The Kingdom arguably into the 22nd century, way ahead of schedule! And for those of you that want to save the world – you have a QLA Mentee, as champion, leading the charge!

At least for now, I still remain your $50 Billion Man - lol! But in the spirit of candor and QLA reality, another “zero” will follow sooner than later!
