Laser Measuring System

I am looking for a laser measuring system that offers extreme accuracy. The devise I am looking for should have the following characteristics:

1. TOF Time of Flight
2. Analog Output 4-20ma preferred, will consider other inputs
3. .01 mm Accuracy with .01 mm repeatability
4. Range of .1 - 7 Meters
5. Delivery times of less than 15 Days

This is for a Trial system that could lead to 20 new systems a year in a industry that will continue to grow year by year.
