LAST CHANCE: ‘Landing Psych Health and safety on the Board Agenda’ Zoom Workshop
Last week we ran an informative and practical online workshop expertly facilitated by Anna Feringa. There are limited free seats left for the final session this coming Thursday at 3pm AEDT.
Learn what (and how!) to inform your board (and executive) about psychological health and safety obligations. This is a key step to unlocking the resources required to embed psychosocial risk management and iteratively improve work design to protect and promote the mental wellbeing of workers.

UPCOMING ZOOM WORKSHOP: ‘Do Your Gap Analysis for Your Workplace Mental Health Strategy’
Local Australian entities (including the National Mental Health Commission) and international bodies (including the World Health Organisation and International Labour Organization) all encourage taking an integrated approach to mental health at work that prevents harm, promotes wellbeing and supports mental ill-health.
New evidence suggests most organisations are focusing more on reactive services that support mentally ill/distressed workers, as opposed to having a truly integrated approach that considers the role of work design to prevent ill-health and promote mental wellbeing.
In this highly practical workshop, we will provide targeted insights to help you develop a clear road map to take your existing mental health strategy to where it needs to be to meet your legal obligations and align with best practice guidance.
Limited seats will be available to allow for plenty of interaction between participants and workshop facilitators.
What's included?
During the 2.5 hour session, two subject matter experts (psychologists) from FlourishDx will:
- Introduce you to best practice standards from Australian and International Bodies
- Discuss updated WHS legal requirements in Australia for psychosocial risk management
- Share insights from performing gap analyses with more than 100 large organisations on their strategies
- Take you through a guided series of questions to assess your current systems and interventions to support worker mental health in your organisation
Extra value is provided above and beyond the workshop content including:
- Detailed, 40 page report summarising the results of your gap analysis including comparison to FlourishDx's international benchmark sample, key insights, and key actions to address identified gaps
- 30 minute one-on-one session with a FlourishDx psychologist to unpack results and discuss actions
About the Mental Health at Work Maturity Assessment
Developed in 2022 with input from 40 subject matter experts from six countries, FlourishDx's Mental Health at Work Maturity Assessment is designed to be the definitive assessment of mental health system/intervention maturity for large organisations.
It is aligned to current best practice guidance from the World Health Organisation, International Labour Organization, International Organisation for Standardisation, and the National Workplace Initiative (Australian Mental Health Commission).
*Note, live attendance is a necessity as the workshop will not be recorded.
