3. Knowledge of aviation industry: Familiarity with aviation-specific security challenges, industry regulations (such as ICAO Annex 17), and relevant standards (such as ISO 27001) is highly desirable.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills: The ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to lead cross-functional teams.
5. Relevant certifications: Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are preferred.
