Great summary of what I am noticing at the moment. Indeed application processes can at times be cumbersome. There are still a couple of remote first companies out there, but I am wondering if companies with hybrid opportunities in remote locations are putting themselves at a disadvantage. AI has definetly arrived in recruiting, it is useful for doing research and preparation for interviews.
