Launch of my Newsletter for Senior Executives

Launch of my Newsletter for Senior Executives

Dear reader,

I am delighted to launch my Newsletter for Senior Executives who are part of the Technology and Financial Services sectors.

I recently pivoted from 18 amazing years of Senior Executive search consultancy for start-ups in the Technology and Financial Services sectors to an exciting new chapter of career coaching and mentoring. Why? Because I am passionate about helping people and I want to leverage all my learnings, experiences, tribulations and amazing national + international network to serve executives in their career progression in the most human and efficient way.

AI is removing a lot of face-to-face interactions between "recruiters" and "candidates", and as a career coach I intend to maintain those as much as possible. Who likes to talk to a robot or a computer/phone? Having someone who truly listens to you has become a real luxury. That is the luxury I want to offer you.

The world of recruitment has changed a lot with the omnipresence of AI and the explosion of social-media. Communication has evolved a lot over the past 5 years.

There was a time when it was enough to have a great CV/experience and great connections to access the next best role for a senior executive. But this is not the case anymore.

There is a great emphasis on "personal branding", "networking" and "communication".

Over the next few weeks and months, I will discuss weekly on the following topics ( in no particular order ):

  • Personal Branding
  • Career Planning
  • Networking Strategies
  • Soft skills in Demand
  • Digital Transformation Mastery
  • Interview Preparation
  • Negotiation Tactics
  • Senior Executives Roles Platforms
  • Relocation Abroad
  • Public speaking
  • Job Search Strategies
  • Mental Health during tough Career or Life Events and Physical Health
  • Are MBAs a Thing of the Past? Is Youtube the platform of new "business training" schools?
  • What do Senior Executives have to learn from the Gen-Z?

And there is more !!

I welcome you to ask me what you would like to added to that list. Share with me in the comments or via Direct Messages your struggles, your questions, your concerns or even better your great job search or career change experiences.

I look forward to indulge in enriching exchanges with you and to become a catalyst for a fulfilling and rewarding career for all of you reading my Newsletters and beyond.

Thank you for taking the time to read my Intro. Until the next....

Warm regards,

Catherine

It is critical that people get access to the best tools for their career progression and job searches. Especially in this complex word of AI. Well done for putting together this newsletter Catherine.

Catherine, I note that you want to emphasize the human aspect of your work. Excellent! People like to be listened to and nowadays it doesn’t happen a lot to most of us.
