Leaders never stop learning

Leaders never stop learning

On this day before ‘back to school’, do you feel equipped and ready with what you need to make the final trading term a success?

Back to school means back to learning yet small business owners never stop learning.

In running a business, no single day is the same, and you find yourself responding to what’s going on in the company and market ie non-stop learning on how to deal with new challenges and opportunities.

Our job at Enterprise Nation is to make life just a little bit easier by connecting you with what you need to know, when you need to know it.

I wrote in July on how I, a founder myself, wanted to raise my head from the ‘do-ing’ to get re-connected to the ‘why’ we do what we do.

To that end, each Wednesday I’m hosting Lunch and Learn (a 30 minute online event that has run every weekday since lockdown) and interviewing entrepreneurs, small business supporters, and policy makers on what’s happening in their world.

In this final trading push of 2024, if some inspiration and information will power you on, please tune in.

Here are just some of the guests appearing:

You can view the daily event listings here.

Let’s get back to school!
