Accountability takes a level of honesty and discipline, so joining a leadership group to improve accountability, can help you to stay honest with yourself and others. They encourage you to have that accountability conversation with your groups as well.
Goals can be met or stagnate, so You the leader, need to be on top of things. You need to possess key insight into the various challenges you may confront on a daily basis. Both Chairs expressed the need to be in touch with reality and thereby stay accountable.
