Losing my mom to Parkinson's in 2015 was a life-changing experience. Watching her decline for fifteen years was heartbreaking. Parkinson's disease is a devastating neurological disorder that affects movement, coordination, and balance.

But what if there was something that could have helped her live a longer and better life?

This month, Vistage NYC is hosting a unique event that combines #leadership insights, music, and the incredible story of how one man's passion for table tennis helped him manage his Parkinson's symptoms.

Join Us for an Exclusive Vistage NYC Event

Vistage NYC has invited Jamie Mason Cohen , a former member of Lorne Michaels' team at Saturday Night Live, to conduct a workshop for #CEOs and #KeyExecutives titled "Saturday Night Leaders: What's Your 11:30?"

In this dynamic and engaging event, I will serve as the executive producer, Jamie will be the celebrity host, and our members will become the cast. But that's not all! We're also featuring Nenad Bach , a renowned Croatian American musician, composer, and performer with a remarkable story of overcoming adversity.

Nenad Bach: A Story of Passion, Music, and Healing

After being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, Nenad Bach stopped playing guitar. But his love for table tennis helped him regain control of his life and his ability to play instruments. This struck a chord with me, as my younger brother, Dave Taylor , was an accomplished table tennis player who used to play with the US Olympics team. Nenad's story demonstrates the power of exercise, passionate pursuits, and the potential benefits of table tennis for those with Parkinson's disease.

Nenad has performed with a diverse range of artists, such as Luciano PavarottiBono & The Edge (U2), Brian EnoGarth Hudson & Rick Danko (The Band), Vince Welnick (Grateful Dead), John MalkovichEllen BurstynMartin Sheen and Michael York.[3][4] He also collaborated on a compilation album with Bruce SpringsteenLeonard CohenAllen Ginsberg and others.[9] He is the founder and board member of Ping Pong Parkinson, a 501(c)(3) organization established in 2017.
