On the contrary, leadership is not about denigrating the organization or its leadership, nor is it about publicly calling out specific individuals. Such actions not only reflect poorly on the leader but also erode the trust and cohesion within the organization, undermining its mission and vision.

To lead from the front, one must embrace a culture of inquiry and openness, inviting dialogue and feedback in a constructive manner. Internal meetings serve as platforms for discussions aimed at understanding the rationale behind decisions, expressing concerns, and brainstorming solutions collaboratively. Combative attitudes have no place in effective leadership; instead, leaders must strive to be approachable and receptive to suggestions from all members of the team.

Leading from the front also entails refraining from public displays of dissent or airing grievances on social media platforms. Nitpicking every decision or action taken by the organization not only breeds negativity but also detracts from the overarching goals.
