Teachers Development Centre and Noor Ul Huda Foundation are committed to teaching and learning in the best possible ways for all the children in schools.

We have a unique perspective on education: we know that schooling has its limitations and strive to reduce them.

We have had a good chance to learn about the how of teaching, the online delivery of lessons. We should now be brave enough and ask: but why are these lessons important in the first place?

We consider the vision of SCHOOLS THAT LEARN as a valid goal to strive for and hope that all educationists [school owners, Heads and principals] will see their key role in creating a climate of learning for all stakeholders in their schools.

The FEARLESS LEADERSHIP THREE Course can be an excellent starting point for Heads to clarify and hone their vision of their own School and see its processes and policies in the light of changes that the pandemic has made mandatory and possible.

We are looking at implementing this vision with practical steps that can be shared when Schools Heads come forward with a mission for change.
