I made stacks of French Fries in preparation for the lunch rush. I would even fry burgers ahead of time and keep them under the warmer for when I needed them “in a hurry”. 

I was always prepared for that rush! 

I hadn’t learned about Quality from the eyes of the customer!

Lean taught me a very different lesson.  

Make only what is needed, in the amount that is needed and at the quality that is required by the customer!
