Legal Officer - Tamilnadu

Title : Legal Officer

Location : Coimbatore

Role : The position will be responsible for Monitoring all statutory compliances and Legal issues under various laws, as applicable to the division.

1. Assess the legal risk that may arise during the organization's business activities and ensure that the organization’s activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

2. To support in preparing various legal documents, Lease and contract agreements etc.

3. Liaise with our Company Lawyers / concerned departments/ authorities regarding legal issues/cases relating to FSSAI, Trademark etc.

4. Follow up with empanelled legal firms and concerned lawyers for the successful conclusion of various cases/issues.

5. Identify and work with relevant Liaisoning (FSSAI, Trademark, FDA, BIS (Food & Drug) BIS, Agmark Labour, BMC, AQS, PQ & EIA etc.) Agencies/ Consultants to ensure/enhance the Organizational Branding.

6. Ensure all required Licenses / Permits for the operation and activities are live and valid.

Qualification : Law Degree / PG with 5 - 8 Years of experience working in the Legal Department preferably from an FMCG industry. Hands on experience in handling FSSAI Related issues / cases

Age limit : 27 – 35 years

Only male candidate

Salary : Max. 12 LPA
