Lemonade Kill Shot

Lemonade Kill Shot

To The Gluttons of Lemonade Insurance:

I don't believe in threatening or sucker punching.  I do believe in truth, justice and liberty for all though. In that regard, I feel that if my goal truly is to illuminate the space I occupy while I have the miracle of life to occupy it, I owe the representatives who attempted, but failed, to quiet my client by placing him under extreme duress and in circumstances, fully aware of the fatal consequences its representatives' gross negligence and/or malintent was both the direct and proximate causation of, I owe full disclosure and one last opportunity to allow its representatives to step forth into integrity, even if feigned.

As foul and as deserving of the maximum consequences available for Lemonade's representatives reprehensible, greed-driven actions as its agents and assigns are, I have a client who would love to pretend Lemonade and its representatives no longer exist.  Additionally, from a selfish standpoint, when this is all said and done,  I feel if I offer you this opportunity to save millions of your corporate and/or personal dollars, nobody can say that any efforts that I have taken to have Lemonade representatives charged criminally for their abuse of my client was money driven. I want the world to be clear in that my putting Lemonade representatives behind bars is principle driven and for the greater good.

My actions only have one agenda; To walk our young into a future worth living that doesn't include their slaughter in perpetual greed wars for problems they took no part in creating.  To that extent, purveyors of gluttony such as Lemonade and its representatives need to be stopped dead in their foul tracks.  Conversely, everyone walking the face of the planet is not beyond redemption and should be offered a chance to illuminate, prior to full dismantling by a purveyor of light.  So here we are.

My client is still willing to accept the maximum coverage on his dwelling, knowing he'll bear the burden of any unforeseen expenses, including but not limited to code requirements, manufacturer specifications, repairability, etc.  He's also aware he will relinquish his right to punitive damages, including but not limited to pain and suffering, future medical bills and the compounded interest he is now owed per Michigan law.  I gave him my professional opinion in this regard, which is "fuck Lemonade and everyone associated. Squeeze every penny out of those greedy pieces of shit possible." He, however, just wants to wipe his memory clear of you.  That's a second opinion I can't disagree with

The max on his dwelling is $475,000.00.  The estimate to remedy his loss in its entirety after the direct damages caused by Lemonade's negligence and/or malintent is $716,032.33, not including the 12% interest compounded per Michigan law.  This does not include unforeseen laws and ordinances requirements, personal property, unforeseen, second-time-around remediation and mitigation expenses, exterminators, medical expenses, etc.  All in, calculating punitive damages to the extent that we can see, we're looking at an open-and-shut lawsuit somewhere in the area of $6,000,000.00.  Lemonade and its representatives decline into the oblivion of his psyche is worth every penny lost to him.

If Lemonade does the wise thing and buys his silence civilly, know that I'm not going anywhere.  If Lemonade survives the onslaught of reports I'm about to drop in each state that it operates in, it will need to exhibit a path forward of good faith and compassion for its clients before I relinquish my efforts. Lemonade, or anyone on this planet for that matter, can't buy me. My integrity is priceless and I refuse to drain an ounce.

I've already advised him not to expect any settlement outside of court and that, more than likely, the criminal case will have to commence prior to the greed-driven piece of shit, cookie crumb laden, lying Toddler, Lemonade, faking one ounce of integrity or relinquishing a fraction of grip on its blood drenched nickels and dimes.  However, in the name of integrity, I feel to not notify you would place me temporarily at the below ground level where the gluttonous snakes of Lemonade slither merrily in the muck.

I will not stoop to the level where Lemonade's executive's delusions of grandeur have them robbing the American policyholder blind, stealing market share from the big insurance conglomerates that purchased the policies which allow for the sloppy toddlers of Lemonade's delusions of grandeur, and the money from the greasy palms of the politicians on the take. Considering that big insurance will never have the freedom to operate in the greed-driven manner it has after I expose the truth of your crimes by magnifying the illegal operations of big insurance and the lawmakers who've allowed it through Lemonade's missteps, Lemonade will have far more enemies to contend with than just me..

Once the white collar population knows it can be cuffed immediately for its abuses of policyholders, rather than having lawmakers, either indoctrinated and oblivious, or directly on the take, framing their crimes as civil, I suspect an immediate 180.  These consequences in association with a carrier concept designed for the people, by the people, should prompt a new insurance industry, minus the abusive financial rape of the American public that we currently know big insurance to be.  The abuse will dissipate and a new day will emerge.

Despite the massive amount of discontent and disdain I justifiably carry for the snakes that conceived of and prompted the stain on the American public that Lemonade is, if it can step into integrity, there will still be an opportunity for its future existence.

In good faith, I have to disclose that all Lemonade and its representatives will do by feigning concern for my client and paying a fraction of what it truly owes, is save itself some millions in the civil case.  The criminal charges are forthcoming regardless, to my understanding, for Conora Dyson , Daniel Schreiber , Ty Sagalow , Tim Bixby and possibly Patrick Daly .

The charge of attempted manslaughter is well-thought-out, well-deserved, and the proof irrefutable. I am happy, not for the suffering of my client, nor the degree to which Lemonade and its representatives have chosen to suffer at the behest of its own greed, but rather for my stance to push forward and to have been a conduit for the future for our young that it will prompt.  Immediate consequences being imposed upon those who place profit over people is long overdue.

If the states that I file reports with don't completely revoke Lemonade's license to practice, I hope this alters its course to that of a path directed with a compass of good faith in regard to the handling of its policyholders in the future.  If Lemonade survives this and opts to continue the path of policyholder abuse, I'll ensure Lemonade doesn't make it past round two.

Anyway, if you greed mongers want to save yourselves and your investors millions, and maybe save some face in the eyes of the law, I would strongly advise you to reach out to Mr. Galati and beg him to take the max on his dwelling.  Maybe you can convince him to hold you harmless still.

Daniel Schreiber, if you dunce caps think you're going to bankrupt an LLC and escape liability, I need to make you aware that I have proof of you, BlackRock 's and Vanguard 's piercing of the corporate veil with this venture.  Aside from your individual criminal liability, we plan on going after personal and corporate assets outside of Lemonade as well.  And we're going to get them, if you force our hand.  So it is proclaimed, so it will be.  We The People NTWR, give us equanimity and liberty or give us death!!!

You've been warned.. Don't say I didn't try when this goes public on a wide scale.

I've attached a copy of Mr. Galati's sworn statement.

Galati Police Report band Sworn Statement

Lemonade isn't worth the time to attach the 100 plus pages, over multiple documents of irrefutable proof for the crimes committed.  I've attached the report number with City of Sterling Heights police.  Lemonade executives are well versed on their actions and know well what they did, and/or allowed and supported within the confines of its greed-driven, corporately abusive walls.

In the event you've forgotten your crimes and the corresponding choice of actions its representatives were mandated to and/or supported in taking, inquire with the legal agencies.  I will say though, that the bulk of the proof of your crimes has come directly from you as a ridiculous defense for them. Considering this type of abuse seems to be par for the course for Lemonade, placing policyholders in life-and-death situations in exchange for an optimized spreadsheet, Lemonade may be blissfully ignorant to the details of its crimes in chronological order.  To that extent, I would have your attorney's request a copy of the full report from the municipality of Sterling Heights, or the Macomb County Prosecutor's Office .

For anyone else attached to this email, I will provide full documentation of Lemonade's crimes upon request.  You can also peruse the links below for more detailed information as well.

I suppose I would be remiss if I didn't say that a thank you is in order.  Lemonade and its representative's ego-driven-greed, which prompted the haste and sloppiness of its wretched and gluttonous actions, has, for the first time in insurance history, placed the responsibility for breach of duty, theft and abuse of the American policyholder where it belongs; on the multi-billion dollar executives of the conglomerates of big insurance and its wannabes, such as Lemonade. For the first time in the history of the financial rape of the American public that big insurance is, its adjusters, employees and executives will be charged criminally for the abuse of its policyholder; abuse that has been tactfully concealed through the purchase of policy and the manipulation of our justice system and the courtroom theatrics of the real players in the industry. Without the threat of immediate consequences for the murder and abuse of clients in the name of spreadsheet optimization, the practice has commenced for over half a century unencumbered.  Thanks to your sloppiness and greed, it stops now.

I told you I was your huckleberry and that you chumps were no daisies. Give me equanimity and liberty or give me death!!!
