Lens Studio 5.4
Lens Studio 5.4 is in the House
Jazz up the holiday season with Lens Studio 5.4. This version is packed with all-new features, including Transitions Library, Shareable Text Edits, Easy Lens beta, and more. Download the update now, and read on for in-depth breakdowns of everything included.
VFX Transitions
It’s now easier than ever to add surprise and delight moments to your Lenses. The Transitions Library houses a library of effects you can quickly add to your project. Search for transitions by category name, transition name, and keywords. You can use these effects to change from one look to another in your Lens, or reveal something new to your audience. Try them out on your next Lens.
Shareable Text Edits
Encourage more engagement within your Lenses with Shareable Text Edits. The feature works for both 2D and 3D text. Snapchatters can create custom text fields within a Lens before sending the Snap to their friends. When someone else unlocks the Lens from a shared Snap, the “edited” version of the Lens, featuring their friend’s copy, will be unlocked. They can then create custom text and send their own version of the Lens, and on and on.

With Workspaces, you can now create, save, and switch between tailored working areas for specific roles and tasks, allowing you to organize your workflow how you want to. And if you want to try our Easy Lens beta test, you can generate a Lens concept from a conversation. Look for both of these features in Lens Studio 5.4.
