Let's call it a year 📆

Let's call it a year 📆

Hey there! It’s hard to believe this is the fifty-first Roundup of 2024, and the last before we dive into all that 2025 has in store for us. Whether you’re a longtime subscriber or have just discovered the Roundup recently, I want to take a moment to say thank you and wish you a happy, healthy, and stress-free end to 2024

The Roundup will be on hiatus next week while the Interact team takes some time to celebrate and recharge. I hope you'll be doing the same and I look forward to connecting again in January when we all have that shiny new-year-new-me energy. But first, I've got some great articles and resources that look back on this year and forward to 2025. Let's dive in!

Transformation conversations 🚀

We're tying a bow on 2024’s hottest IC, EX, and workplace topics. The latest segment of The Interact Wrap-Up covers everything you need to know about digital transformation, from CEO anxiety to tech overload. Consider it prep for 2025, too, as this theme isn't going anywhere.

Out with the burnout 🙅

As the RTO debate continues, new data on hybrid work has arrived to shake things up. A Deloitte survey has found those who split their time between WFH and the office show more burnout symptoms than those who stick to one location. But job-crafting could be a solution.

Game-changer 📈

Change was a huge part of 2024 (see our Wrap-Up above for more) and 2025 will be no different. If you've got something new in the works for next year, don't launch it without Interact's handy, free template. It has key considerations, comms ideas, and real examples for managing change.

Reviving DEI 👏

Another of this year’s trends that will likely (and unfortunately) continue into 2025 is the threat to DEI. This is especially important as there's so much important work to be done. Case in point: a recent survey from Deloitte found that disability inclusion is far from where it should be. Here's why, and how we can do better.
