Abstract/Purpose: There exists almost no awareness for finding the right job for YOU but only manipulation-manuals how to get a job. Which is a bad example because this attitude promotes manipulation and control versus synergistic for most effective collaborations. We need to update our job search ritual. I use me as an example of 50 years of work-experience. I realized  my volunteer work versus my job struggles to be system-relevant. I managed to survive for 65 years without financial help but made $20 last year. I don’t see anyone that does not struggle with enough income today, even the wealthiest. I have talked to people all over the world in over 400 podcasts. I found the digital world makes our lives even more inhumane because we can pretend to be better than we are. Let’s update our outdated job search & creation for all one of one humans especially for neurodivergent & disabled humans. 

My Name Is Michaell Magrutsche. I Am Dyslexic, which comes for me with Dysgraphia and Dyscalulia, which makes it hard to comprehend and get a job to survive. My previous experience with two Government job agencies (GJA) for jobs and jobs for disabled was surprisingly human-centric the last  two years.  I have never experienced any government agency that was so pleasantly professional to deal with. I know their leaders put a lot of pressure on them for better results for less finances.  What I find with all human-service agencies is that employees as well as clients have to carry the outdated systems-efficiency. Employees, especially of human-centric services like nurses, police etc. have to all give extra empathy, patience and adapt with diminishing financial benefits, which cost us all a lot of energy in the form of life-force. 

I Created This Paper To Try Our New Approach As We Collectively  Discussed, An Updated Way Of Job Search For All. Instead of fitting disableds like a cog in the wheel but to detail what we are able to do and not. This should help GJA employees connect disableds to a better fit for pay. This white paper intends to provide the GJA with an updated version of my disability of dyslexia with dysgraphia and dyscalculia that I was systemically my whole life condition to ignore even though I was diagnosed in grade school. Systems were just too outdated to help. The second GJA for disabled sent me in February 2024 to be retested. 

I also want to  give back to the employees of the GJA and all system employees who cared and were humane and  helpful. I hope this paper leads to an increase in GJA's effectiveness and their employees' compensations.  In addition, GJA employees have to have more authority and adapt system-protocols to serve each unique disabled one of one person, making their life easier and more able, instead of forcing them into system protocols. 

In Nature And Human-Centrically Are No Disabilities. There is no difference between man and woman’s worth, race, kids, neuro-typical or disabled and older people. Most of us know we see wrong because we are conditioned. We deeply know it is all about our natural synergistic fit which is more than physical strength or system skills. Our outdated-systemic definitions have been made to find what for systems was more valuable. This was necessary because of another outdated system, our financial principles. They only have one side that preaches it's never enough no matter what we do. There is no other side in this binary protocol like good-bad, right-wrong, etc. This conditioned unawareness forces us humans to adapt to system value-generalizations that increasingly deny our special individuality of nature.  Human power is found in our inclusiveness, not what is systemically demanded. We are all One of Ones with unique abilities by nature for synergistic, more efficient system-fits and profits. 

Yes, Disabilities Cost Systems Money But Money Is Never More Important Than A Human because without humans all systems are irrelevant. Humans, when working together, can solve every system-problem and at least survive. With the current increase of mental-health issues, especially human-centric systems need to be updated first to increase our effectiveness in crises caused by outdated system dynamics. 

We Use Exceptions Of The Rules Through News And Politics And Project Them Out That Condition Us Into Perceived Crises To Keep Our Outdated Status Quo.  I.e for 46 years in California I hear that half of the State is disabled and lives on everyone’s tax money. And when people tell what they experienced themselves, they are called conspiracy theorists to ignore their perception to make everyone common and agree. This not only voids each of our uniqueness but also leads to inhumanity and frustrations of being powerless. 

Most Disabled Persons Lack Enough Energy To Adapt To What Is Systemically Required From, lets say, a neurotypical person. BUT we all are one of one humans and our collective superpowers are that we all can contribute to humanity, not just system-relevance because that would make nature wrong, which it very rarely is.  

We Need To Find New Ways of Job Searches To Update Humanities' Effectiveness. Even before AI only 25% of all resumes got looked at by human eyes, and only 13% actually were considered by HR personnel. Today, AI does the job and 95% resumes get dismissed and less than 5% are looked at by a HR person. Today, most jobs are hired through recommendation of current employees or nepotism. 

In My 50 Years Of Working I Never Ever Got A Job From A Resume, Employment Agency Or Marketplace. Increasing feedback suggests that even the AI offers are off base to deliver the right humans to a human-run company. The biggest system-lie is that if you are system-relevant you are set and make a lot of money. As you see I did all and created tons and where is my just share? The truth of the biggest and safest job successes  depended always on how we can dance with our team, not to just fit system-specifications skills. 

Our System’s Outdated Job Requirements. In general, job specifications are for finding the few people left that could not be hired through employment or nepotism. Interestingly to see here is how much we trust our system protocols, especially when it comes down to it. 

I Could Never Comprehend System Job Specifications That Are Required.  They are dominated by culture-vernacular and are very unclear, overwhelming and don’t reflect what the company really needs. I.e. Requirements of a degree and multiple technical skills, which will be exchanged with AI very soon because of their repetitive nature.  

Where Is Human Contribution Really Required Today? The only top jobs that are truly needed are tech-specialists or a top board member like the recent CEO of Chipotle Brian Niccol that was either recruited directly or facilitated by an agency to become the CEO of Starbucks for a 10 million signing bonus. In my 65 years of life, I never had more than enough money to survive, so I could never splurge and was twice homeless because there was no demand for me. Why is this systemically just? 

Without Updating A Company's Function, Vision And Mission Statement, Job Hunts Will Further Increase Being The Blind Rabbit Chases That Waste A Lot Of Time. I never saw a job defined correctly of what the company really needed because even the biggest firms have outdated purpose-awareness. As soon as a company sees cash flow, their function, vision and mission updates are the first things they forget to update for embracing their money flow. 

Neurodivergence Inability To Access Money. We all know there is more than enough money for everyone on this planet and it is really about value, not who has more cash. We all feel it’s never enough no matter what we do because of our collective lack-conditioning. It is access that is the systemic-secret that especially neurodiverse humans who are mostly found in art and prisons because they can’t figure out to be system-relevant where the money is. Because money is systemically so important, every human pretends to be more abundant than they really are. Especially neurodivergent people fake their “normalcy” because we are very good human-centric and shame ourselves for not fitting in and wanting to belong. Thus, it makes this disability worse for us because other neurotypical people find us okay because we don’t whine about our struggles. Others believe they are more in charge than me, they need no help or support.

Ergo, HR Puts Everything Possible In The Job Specification To 

a. Minimize applicants to submit their resume and 

b. Thinking they get the highest skill-alignment possible, which sadly almost never guarantees the best fit. 

These Outdated Procedures Seduce Job Applicants To Be Less Truthful because no one can  know all these requirements. How can we deal justly with this injustice system-requirement?   

Regarding GJA’s Job Search App. Next to previously described issues the job search app test questionnaires are completely outdated for today's times. Their test-questionnaires make it easier for companies to find a better fit but are totally ignoring the uniqueness of humans that actually could lead to our a natural synergistic fit.  Proof lies in the app’s ignorance of an “other” option within their multiple-choice answers. To unveil  how the employee would deal uniquely with the questions confirms my frustration. The app shows to be dependent on outdated systems itself and forces humans to adapt to outdated systems running. This  kind of testing hurts all because adapting to outdated system-dynamics prevents us from a higher, more human-synergistic form of execution. 

For All To Contemplate About Moving Human Functions Into The Digital World. Since Humans are the least valued in the digital world because it lures us with free and cheaper to get us there. We got to watch out to realize that often two intents mute each other which is money driven. I remember hearing that in the last 15 years dating apps don't want you to find the right fit because using the app makes more profit by endless scrolling. Nothing is for free especially when it is less human-centric and dreams of AI. 

The GJA Facilitations To Help Find The Right Job For Disabled To Contribute: This is my main purpose to express as clearly as I can my skills, abilities and inabilities to answer what is my best fit for the right pay, today.  My previous jobs were only okay  because they aligned with my strengths at that time and because I had to rely on how to interact with humans on a human level. My voluntary jobs were as successful if not more but no pay. 

My Whole Life I Was Told I Can’t Deliver What Was Asked Of Me Because Of Education. But I can back up my claims of what I am able to do. Everyone can check out my contributions on the web.  I'm not blaming anybody but I want to show that this hardship made me find my Self and my one of one uniqueness. Even writing six books did not lead to any success but it taught me to understand and comprehend me, humans in my environment.

FYI, I Was Never Let Go Of A Job unless the business had to close down. You can contact any employer of mine for references. I excelled in any job. From bringing The National Basketball League to the German-speaking television market to over 400 guest appearances, new content creation, etc. for podcasts, radio all over the world. 

Like So Many Neurodivergent Humans Art-Creation Saved My Life:  I have been an artist since I was five years old. I have tried to fit into systems first, in school then in various jobs. I became an artist because I couldn’t do anything else. Only art-creation allowed me to contribute in art-projects and to survive in creative jobs. My creative perspective helped me express myself and get feedback from my own work and from others that resonated with my work. In contrast to school where I had only six years of which I had to repeat two grades. 

By 30 I Looked At My Resume And Decided That I Am An Artist because I could not do anything else. Because there is so little money in art (98% of artists exist around the poverty level worldwide.) I Co-produced with Robert Evans (longest head of Paramount for $1,300/month.) I was voted arts-commissioner of Newport Beach, which is a volunteer position (I survived on Food Stamps during my reign.) I wrote 8 and published 6 art-related books based on my hands-on Self-Aware Art Class in Laguna Beach in 2015. This is the fourth season of my The Smart of Art - The Power of Art and Creativity 30 sec Podcast, which I started when the pandemic hit. I can only do a very simple 30 sec art-creation educational podcast that is based on my The Smart of Art book because of my dyslexia.  Books, teaching, the podcast and talks made me one of the top lecturers of art-creation. I have little knowledge of art history because I can not remember dates and names due to my dyslexia. (2% of artists have enough income from their work to survive)

Hospitality: I had to become a waiter but my dyslexia did not allow me to remember what was ordered, dysgraphia did not allow me to read my writing and dyscalculia did not allow me to count correctly.  Because I am good with humans I fit best in the function of Maitre D’ and Management. Maitre D’ is the master of the house and hosts most of the expensive restaurants that also seat guests. He senses and knows what each guest prefers and can identify mistakes and handle them with the guests so that they even have an interesting experience from the restaurant's mistakes. 

After The Pandemic Much Changed In Restaurants, which closed many or their owners shifted them to fast-casual where you pay in advance and the food is delivered to you. For this you don’t need a Maitre D’,  because of cash flow issues guest attendance dropped significantly.  All you need is just a host that seats you. For this reason I have experience in the last year of finding a job with this JOB. I discovered that I am too old and that’s why restaurants usually hire young attractive girls these days.

My Writing: About 10 years ago I discovered writing which helped to slow my brain down and make sense of expressing who I am comprehending more neurotypical. I think expressing yourself in writing or art can help neurodiverse humans tremendously. I wrote 8 books and over 60 articles on LinkedIn and the web. Today, I need to write to comprehend and speak about my experience, topics and express details that other humans like GJA can better help me to survive. Please see my two white papers of Dyslexia From Shame To Fame Part 1 And Part 2 which describe my and other dyslexics' condition most updated and in detail. These papers were published on LinkedIn and other neurodiversity-platforms and allowed me to become an international advocate for dyslexia. This led to over 100 guest appearances all over the world talking about neurodiversity and dyslexia with mental health experts.

Writing is sadly another volunteer job (1% can live from their work), and not enough to survive. I have made about 300$ from my published books.) 

I Turned Into A Designer Of A Human-Centric Updated Education Because I Could Never Fit System Requirements. Because I have only 6 years of education of which I had to repeat two to keep on. My life focus and experience of Art-Creation in combination with neurodiversity made me an expert for an updated human-centric education program, in which I collaborate with educators from around the world. We find the most neurodiverse humans in the arts and prisons because they have the hardest time to adapt to education which is the door for system-relevant adaptation. (There is still no money be made by updating a 1845 system that generates so much money playing by similar rules)

Podcasting/Speaking Is Currently My Most Fulfilling And Most Successful Endeavor. Because I had written so much and became aware without education. During the pandemic I discovered podcasting and especially being a podcast guest because I could not find any job. This resulted in over 400 podcast appearances and being invited to endless zoom forums worldwide.  I received 160 Five star guesting reviews from hosts that had me on their shows and I am reinvited by many.  

My Ability To Connect With My Natural Nonlinear (Dyslexic Way) To Generate A Deeper Awareness. I love interacting with other humans and podcasting finally allowed me some system-success because. I realized that I can talk about over 60 different topics with system-experts discussing their topics but from a human centric viewpoint. This brings us back to a fresh perspective which allows us to understand why we humans do what we do. System-Relevance Versus Human-Centricity. Talking with so many experts gave me additional confirmation on becoming a system expert because of my extreme human-centricity. I know what to do, especially to update most systems and what happens to humans when we refuse to update and only explore systems. In the last half year, I am  working with the University of Alberta on how to most efficiently update outdated systems to prevent more than the 58 wars we are currently waging.  According to Harvard decision-making is our highest stressor because most of our decisions, from buying butter to voting in elections are systemically forced. That's why I ask: Are You Living a SYSTEM-RELEVANT or HUMAN-CENTRIC LIFE and Which is Dominant?   This awareness and perception makes YOUR life 50% easier because it helps you clarify YOUR decision making  NOW. 

The Most Accurately Description of My Form Of Neurodivergence :“A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.” Yes, many of us dyslexics are more efficient than being a master of one, which also is the symptom of my neurodiversity that forced me to create and contribute a wide spectrum. At the same time my dyslexia prevents me/us from doing repetitive work in a system-relevant form by protocol perfectly.

How To Survive Daily With My Version Of Dyslexia.

I Know Nothing But This, the clearer and more we comprehend our outdated human system-definitions and are transparent the more effectively we can help each other, advise and solve all system-problems together, and with much more ease than now. 

I Am Writing This To All To Help Me Comprehend And Connect my abilities and to make enough money and a right quiet room to survive with my neurodiversity. I would want to pay my own way but as you can see I can’t figure out how to connect my contributions with pay. That’s why I wrote this piece. I have a really hard time choosing how to survive today. Only to either create or try to survive on the street. Homelessness prevents me from expressing myself which puts me in fight flight (which hinders everyone's rational thinking.) Every research confirms, systemic-stress is the poison every but especially  for neurodivergent humans.

I Am Very Open To Suggestions From Others And Try Them. Sadly, mostly they don't help because this advice doesn’t consider how I function with my neurodiversity. Proven neurotypical advice that works for “neurotypical/normal” folks is not the same for all, especially dyslexics. People assume that what works for them or their friends must work for me. This brought me to my awareness that we are all One of One instead of a gender, race and system niche, which is outdated. I finally wrote this document so that we can help each other. 

My Abilities I Discovered Through My Dyslexia And No Education.  I have decided to detail what my abilities, strengths and weaknesses are to help other humans to help me, since we are all in this experience together.

I Have Only 6 Years Of Education of which I had to repeat two grades to keep on because of my dyslexia, which I got diagnosed in 5th grade. I could never fit in, not because being a rebel, but my disability of dyslexia, dysgraphia and dyscalculia hinders me systemically. It makes me not remember what exactly was said. Thus, I have a hard time remembering facts and data. I comprehend and remember mostly through using my 6 senses and by dancing with other fellow humans. Since our survival in systems starts with education that is primarily a compliance practice where the human skill is to regurgitate information instead of expressing each unique perspective for collective contribution and collaboration that creates synergistic efficiency. My brain wiring prevents me from fitting in and adapting to “normal.”

I Don't Know Much But I Am Able To Supply Relevant-Contributions in writing and talking about at least the previous 60 mentioned expertises.  I'm fluent in English and German. Currently, I finish my books on human-centric AI, education and our very digital world which is most system-relevant and least human-centric. From my art-creating, food/hospitality work, writing and in my over 500 interview-interactions with strangers all over the world I discovered where I really can contribute and have only minor competition. It is in co-creating our next levels of whatever topics require from a human centric perspective. My experiences confirm this everywhere. From my contributions about art-creation, my writings on LinkedIn, the web and talks. I continuously exceed our current top perceptions with new perspectives that churn out more awareness and deeper insights for all of us (look at this document.) For over the last 6 months I have been invited to work with the University of Alberta twice daily, early and evening to contribute my human-centric awareness to Our New World Spirit Project

Emails And Books Are Hard To Comprehend For Me: I don't understand email writing and texting because every human expresses itself differently. Absorbing linear language that excludes a lot of sense is hard for me to comprehend. Non-written, I can understand perfectly because I usually pick up the rest of linear language with my other senses. For me the digital world is a very limited spectrum that requires more interpretation-comprehension than talking to each other. Perhaps that is just my dyslexia.

How I Function With A Computer And Cellphone:  All my writing, even for this I must have the computer to read back to me. The only way I can function in the digital realm is through Zoom talks. Mobile phones are much harder. I can only use my cell phone to talk and take photos or watch the screen. My phone is usually turned off to not distract my concentration. Texting gets extremely hard because of my dysgraphia. I can not even use a laptop. I need at least a 27 inch screen, a full size keyboard and a mouse to do anything to flow. My condition forces me to be honest so others know I don’t understand them. Even the rest of the world can function increasingly digitally, my connection with other humans is my life line to survive more than all other digital things. 

My Life's Biggest Challenge Is System Stress Like Having Shelter (a quiet dry room) To Not End Up Surviving On The Street.  I sleep in 4 hr spurts between 8pm and 7am and am super sensitive to noise and moisture (because of my asthma.) I need a quiet room where my nervous system can reset otherwise I get totally lost because my dyslexia-systems flare up.  If I did not have dear friends that allowed me for half of my life to live with them, I could not have contributed and volunteered as I did. I would not have survived because I don’t even have enough units to be able to get social security and medicare. Because a friend told me to apply to SSI I will have $800 in September to look for a quiet room. I probably would not have survived because a homeless life expectancy is about a little over a year and I have been twice homeless for days. Doctors Call Me Asymptomatic Because My Body Does Not React Like Others. I believe this is from the lifelong living with stress that my child-diseases started and my dyslexia stress fosters. Even in hospitals my nervous system reacts to fluorescent lighting especially in a room without windows. I wear ear plugs because of my hypersensitivity to noise. My neurodiversity makes me not fit, thus I need advice or someone that can connect my abilities with pay at least to have an appropriate quiet/dry room. For over 20 years I have had no car, no assets and lived with friends. What I save in rent and no car I must pay for my vitamins and natural food, which can be up to 5x more expensive but it is essential for me to survive. 

To Access My Abilities Clearer And Consistently. i can’t consume alcohol, drugs, use as little prescription drugs as possible and be on a strict diet to function. Even with natural herbs and vitamins I have to be very careful to test them first because everyone reacts differently. The same is with my diet, no sugar and processed food because of my brain chemistry. Daily walking and 45 minutes breathing exercises that help brain and asthma are essential not to get fit but to function. If I ignore any of these regimens that made me the best I ever did, the less mentally capable I am to function. 

My Job Search For The Last Year And My Income. Even though I am out in the world and for the last year I have worked now with the Government Job Agencies (GJA) and had weekly Zoom coaching with their job specialist. I went to be interviewed over and over and asked myself why is it so hard when I did not refuse any job. I almost got two jobs on my own but to no avail. I made $20 income from my books during my interaction with GJA and they do their best. 

I Need At Least Survival Support To Keep Creating And Contributing Which Is Life For Me.  I will never want to retire because I must work to stay confident and have human contacts that I can interact with. I can not adapt or regurgitate more than I do. I need help that someone stands up for me in systems and knows how to place me because for over 50 years I could survive with my extreme dyslexia, and was never system-relevant. Especially over the last 20 years I was in poverty with just enough money but felt better and learned to be mostly happy and passionate about life. 

I Need Your Help To Answer These Questions That Arose From Writing This Paper:

  • Why am I totally successful in all my volunteer work but am not valued for system-relevant work?
  • How can I conquer my lifelong poverty with the money that is offered through regular system-relevant work?
  • Why can no one help me generate enough income when everyone in the world can see my skills and abilities of my unique contributions? 
  • Should I not be able to generate enough for living even with no car/assets, just a quiet/dry shelter and the right food to live my dyslexic lifestyle? 
  • Why, when we disabled and non diabled do everything the systems require, can hardly or not enough to survive?
  • Why can we not update systems to allow them to serve our uniqueness instead segregate us in system-relevant generalizations?

My One of One Ability Is My All-Encompassing Human-Centric Perspective.  I am confident that there is nobody with a perspective of what humans collaboratively can create than me. It started with art-creation and now to how to update our most outdated systems from generalizing to human one of oneness. And it’s not built on ego but built on experience because people want it back on the podcast and many became friends with me. Thus, I have a contextually zoomed out overview that helps me contribute to most human-centric tasks in systems. That’s why I create awareness-perspectives that are not dependent on anything linear and binary, not political, not for the rich or the poor just for all humans through my unique dyslexic perspective. 

I can’t believe it’s impossible for someone that contributes like me and does not have enough pay for minimal survival. Is’t this not what a job is supposed to do? I give 100% and could not have done more. Ask everyone I interact with. This is not a request to pay up but to help me better comprehend system-dynamics that are our collective art-works for all of us!
