5 Steps to Practice Om Chanting in Your Daily Life

  • Find a Quiet Space:

Choose a quiet space where you can practice Om chanting without distractions. This could be a designated meditation room, a corner of your home or office, or a beautiful quiet spot in nature.

  • Get Comfortable:

Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight and your hands resting on your knees. You can sit on the floor, on a cushion, or in a chair - the important thing is that you feel comfortable and relaxed.

  • Breathe:

Take a few deep breaths to relax your body and mind, and focus your attention on the present moment. Allow any thoughts or distractions to simply drift away as you focus on your breath.
