Dietary fibre powers the multivitamin factory in your gut
A study by the Luxembourg Institute of Health's Nutrition, Microbiome and Immunity Group, led by Erica Grant has uncovered how dietary fibres can enhance the availability of gut microbiome-produced B vitamins to the host to impact immune health.
EHIS conference held with Luxembourg's Minister of Health
LIH's Gwenaëlle Le Coroller & Maria Ruiz-Castell recently took part in a conference for The European Health Interview Survey (EHIS), in collaboration with the Luxembourg Health Directorate - Direction de la santé with the Minister of Health, Martine Deprez present.
The aim of the EHIS conference is to discuss health surveys in the general population in Luxembourg and to facilitate exchanges between the main national actors responsible for data collection, by offering them a platform to discuss the methodologies used.

LIH research featured on BMF TV in France 🇫🇷
Work by LIH's Deep Digital Phenotyping unit was recently featured on leading French television, with Group Leader Dr. Guy Fagherazzi discussing the possibilities of screening for Type 2 Diabetes, through voice recording analysis.
This research was also presented at the latest European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD) Conference in Madrid, Spain alongside Abir Elbéji.
