Listen to your own subconscious mind; it holds the key to success.

The biggest problem faced by individuals who have spent a long time working in a job and then venture into business is that they often believe that if they stumble, someone else will be there to support them. However, they forget one crucial point: they are the ultimate responsibility for their company. All the challenges and rewards of the unpredictable journey of business begin with them and ultimately rest with them.

Understanding this fundamental principle is essential. You are the sole constant in your business journey, from its inception to ongoing. Therefore, it's vital to realize that the success or failure of your business ultimately lies in your hands.

The luckiest individuals starting on the journey of business are those who have mentors by their side. However, only a fortunate few have this advantage. When observing tightrope walkers in India, one may notice that they often bring their child along, who holds a stick to balance themselves on the rope. In a similar vein, when navigating the challenges of business, mentors serve as our balancing stick, guiding and supporting us along the way. Now, imagine yourself walking on that rope without a stick to hold onto. In this scenario, your only support is intangible - it's the nourishment for your sixth sense, your instincts. Managing without a physical guide can be incredibly challenging, and for those lacking a strong mindset, it might seem impossible. However, for those with a resilient mindset and trust in their instincts, navigating such a precarious path becomes achievable. But how many are there I don’t think a 20:80 theory even applies here 1% maybe lower than that.

When I had started my own business I too has a Wishlist of potential mentors whom I tried to convince to guide me. However, in today's fast-paced world, I didn't receive a positive response from  them. Many times, I wondered if my eagerness to uncover the secrets of business was a sign of greediness what they foresee.

I  was finding  myself missing those doors I could knock on to vent my frustrations and seek solace while I was in a job. How could I get those I was not getting answer. Then it occurred to me that the best mentors might just be the self-help books written by authors who have experienced success as entrepreneurs. They share their experiences to help others grow in their own lives. Anxiously, I sought to absorb every potential insight from the best authors and motivational gurus that could provide me with some clue. As I delved into their journeys, I found it fascinating how many of them began their businesses from a garage and eventually became millionaires. I always found myself asking, "Was that garage built with some spiritual stones that enabled them to write history?" and answer was always a NO. Then, what was the reason behind their success? Perhaps it was their ability to unlock the power of the subconscious mind. I practiced asking my subconscious mind many questions, and I received anonymous answers which holds true if you conscious mind allows to accept .

Then I realized that while I was searching for a mentor from the outer world, the real mentor was within me all along - my subconscious mind. I may not have achieved something extraordinary to boast about, but this mentor has given me the ability to stand tall in this competitive world.

I wanted to share my experience with all those who have the skill to become successful entrepreneurs but hesitate due to the fear of failure. In today's world filled with information and digital social interaction, one thing stands out as the key to success: listening to your inner soul, which is nothing but your subconscious mind. So let us do it .
