A Very Green Referral Scheme
Our market-leading referral scheme allows you to earn rewards for recommending our services to your friends and colleagues, as well as help “Making Earth Cooler” We understand that money doesn’t grow on trees, so at Globe, our referral scheme gives you both money and trees!
The way it works is simple. For every candidate referral (Healthcare roles) you provide to us who is not on our database, we will grow a tree on your behalf. Learn more about the WeForest project here.
If that candidate goes on to be successfully placed in a new position by us after they have worked approximately 200 hours we will pay you a minimum of £250*.
